On Friday, February 6, 2026, the N3FUD-Main AREDN router (a MikroTik hAP Lite) began experiencing issues with IP address management. Initially, it would only retain IP addresses for systems and services that were already active. By Saturday morning, the router stopped issuing IP addresses altogether and cleared those stored in memory, effectively taking the N3FUD AREDN Services network offline.
Repair efforts began Saturday morning, but after several hours of troubleshooting, the router became completely unresponsive. On Sunday morning, the failed router was replaced with a MikroTik hAP ac3, and by Sunday evening, all services were fully restored and operational.
